  1. “If the universe take against to you, then the universe will not follow you” good words from this man, if you act not according to your will but according to someone else then you will not be succeed, every person has it’s own mission and purpose, you purpose is different from the others

  2. That guy for some reason thinks that mind is a muscle and by putting in it under stress it's gonna grow stronger he probably never experienced depression or maybe was not aware of it cause if he was he'd surely know that depression is due to stress which is due to overthinking which is due to fear and by going through all this you won't get your mind stronger but you will get it destroyed and incapable (crazy).

  3. It's not doing the things you love but loving the things you do. In this video it looks easy that working with joy can answer all our issues but how can one work with joy without loving what he does. 😀 We are humans so we have emotions right

  4. i believe it's about working hard and enjoying the moment towards your goals. he has a point. you can still love what you are doing. enjoy the journey of becoming whatever you are becoming. i lost myself at one point to just work work work. but eventually, I found that I can still work hard while enjoying the moment of the hard work.

  5. When salvador dali worked on his art he would make time to do literally nothing. This gave his brain time to digest and process information. Get your studies and exercise in accordance to flow state and you will see gains!

  6. If you need motivation to do something that means the only reason you're doing it is for getting the results of it not because you enjoy the process. The more attached to the outcome you are the less likely you will succeed and it will not fullfil you since pursuing something brings the idea that you lack it in the first place actually it will brings you into a horrible mental state and guilt that you are not working enough. This is called the law of reversed effort.

  7. Being joyful is a state of mind. You can be joyful eating 5lbs of cake or walking 5 miles a day. Your intellect helps you differentiate which is better for you. Working hard sometimes becomes a necessity, because in reality everything costs something, even being "joyful".
